The Reality of Meditation and Yoga: Shamanic Roots in a Modern Guise

In their essence, meditation and yoga practices are far from the claimed innocence, as they are rooted deep within pagan philosophies and dark metaphysical experiences. What is promoted today as physical exercise or mental clarity is, in reality, nothing but a facade for practices derived from Shamanic rituals in East Asia, where sorcerers intentionally disable human consciousness to open gaps through which Satan penetrates the mind.
The Deception of Disabling Consciousness
These practices are based on the principle of absolute stillness and emptying the mind of thoughts, which necessarily leads to a lowering of the level of consciousness and alertness. In this state of mental absence, the mind becomes vulnerable to satanic whispers and strange blasphemous ideas; this is the very method by which pagan religions like Hinduism originated, where divine revelation is replaced by satanic suggestions dressed in the garb of enlightenment.
The Infiltration of Pagan Thought via Energy Healing
This contagion has moved to the Islamic world under glamorous titles such as "Energy Healing," "Chakra Balancing," and "Positive Energy." Promoters of these delusions use a discourse that appears outwardly compatible with religion, but they soon begin to cast doubt on creedal constants and the Prophetic Sunnah, interpreting Sharia texts to serve their philosophical whims.
These are not healers, but rather Shamans in a modern guise, recruited by Satan to destabilize the Muslim's constants and demolish their creed step by step.
A Muslim must be conscious and cautious, realizing that the manipulation of consciousness and the mind is the primary door through which satanic whispers enter, and that true psychological peace is only attained through the remembrance of Allah and following the guidance of His Prophet, not by becoming beholden to pagan rituals wrapped in the envelope of pseudoscience.
