Between Freedom of Opinion and the War on Religious Constants: A Critical Vision

Whoever contemplates the state of nations finds a profound veneration for their symbols and constants; should a man in India dare to desecrate their sanctities or support their adversaries, he would face an unbearable public outcry. Yet, the wonder lies in a group from among our own people who dare to transgress the constants of Islam and assail the foundations of Revelation—the Quran and Sunnah—cloaked in the mantle of "freedom of opinion" or "intellectual inquiry."
What we witness today is not merely an abstract epistemological discussion, but a systematic war against the pillars of the faith. This path is not new; Europe trod it before under the name of "freedom of thought," and the result was a descent into the abyss of atheism and moral disorientation.
The duty of the hour necessitates that every Muslim takes a share in defending their religion and disseminating the truth, in obedience to the command of Allah, Glorified and Exalted be He, in His Noble Book:
{So those who believe in him, honor him, support him and follow the light which was sent down with him – it is those who will be the successful.}
[Surah Al-A'raf: 157]
Be, therefore, among the successful who support and honor this religion, and do not be an ally to the skeptics.
