Prophetic Tidings on the Spread of Islam: The Unfailing Promise of Allah

Whoever contemplates the texts of the noble Revelation becomes certain that the religion of Allah, Exalted and Majestic, is dominant and spreading to every corner of the earth. The Prophet ﷺ informed us with a certainty beyond doubt that Islam will enter every home in the world before the onset of the Hour.

Allah will not leave a house of mud or fur but that He will cause this religion to enter it, by the honor of the honorable or the humiliation of the humiliated.

The Fulfillment of Prophetic Tidings Throughout History

Among the greatest proofs of the truth of Prophethood are those glad tidings that were realized visibly. When the Prophet ﷺ was asked which of the two cities would be conquered first, Constantinople or Romia (Rome)? He ﷺ replied: The city of Heraclius will be conquered first (meaning Constantinople). This true promise was manifested with the conquest of Constantinople at the hands of Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror in 1453 CE, while the glad tidings remain for the conquest of Rome in the future, by the permission of Allah.

Characteristics of the Muhammadan Ummah

Allah has honored this Ummah with great characteristics, including what the Prophet ﷺ hoped for his nation when he said: I hope that you will be half of the inhabitants of Paradise. It is a blessed Ummah, for which Allah decrees acceptance and expansion despite all challenges.

The Reality of Expansion in the Modern Era

• Islam is today the fastest-growing religion in the world according to contemporary statistics.

• The name Muhammad has become one of the most common names on the European continent, reflecting a demographic and cultural shift.

• Millions enter the religion of Allah in crowds every year, seeking the Fitrah (innate nature) and the Truth.

So never think that Allah will fail in His promise to His messengers.

Indeed, the promise of Allah is true, and this religion will remain victorious and strong, reaching wherever the night and day reach, in confirmation of the celestial report and the completion of Allah's light upon His earth.
