Contemporary Soothsaying: The Reality of Spiritual Healers and the Fitnah of Energy Sciences

Lately, we have witnessed a flood of live broadcasts by so-called "spiritual healers" who promote strange rituals under the guise of religion—such as reciting Surah Al-Zalzalah a specific number of times, or using the disjointed letters (Kaf-Ha-Ya-Ain-Sad) as secrets for wealth, in what is known as "portals of abundance and bliss." This world is nothing but a facet of contemporary atheism and divination, and a diabolical imposition upon bodies and minds.
The Sanctification of Numbers and Kabbalistic Roots
These ancient occult sciences, revived today, rely on the sanctification of specific numbers such as (19, 111, 1111), which are in reality Kabbalistic numbers derived from ancient Babylonian sorcery. They claim that the number (19) is a cosmic number for activating chakras—which are actually the locations of sorcerers' knots—and to pass this charlatanism off to Muslims, they link it to the number of letters in the Basmalah to grant it a false legitimate character.
The Doctrine of Pantheism and Cosmic Worship
What is termed "energy sciences" is a paved path to the worship of Iblis, as its philosophy is based on the idea that the universe fulfills your requests—a doctrine of Pantheism (the deification of the universe). The entrapment begins by repeating the opening letters of Surahs or the Basmalah to delude the simple-minded into thinking they are speaking from the Qur'an, which is exactly what the Pious Predecessors warned against.
Verily, in the sea there are imprisoned devils whom Solomon bound, who are about to emerge and recite a Qur'an to the people.
As mentioned in the introduction to Sahih Muslim, the devils of the end times spread sorcery through the Qur'an under the name of spiritual healing and exorcism, while they are actually practicing the most severe forms of disbelief.
Manifestations of Contemporary Shirk
Some have gone as far as teaching people to open the "Third Eye," which is one of the most dangerous types of sorcery and demonic possession, or using gemstones to bring sustenance, which is manifest polytheism (Shirk) that contradicts reliance upon Allah. It is the duty of parents and educators to monitor what children receive via digital platforms; protecting the creed is the highest priority in times of tribulation.
